The Brief Promise

Before any search starts, Jose, a former Chief Information Officer (CIO), reviews your brief with you. If he thinks you don't need a hire, for example an internal move, a restructure, or short-term fractional cover would do the job better, he'll tell you straight, and you pay nothing.

• It applies to senior tech roles you're considering briefing to Talent Divers.
• The brief review is a conversation of about 30 minutes, by phone, video or in person.
• If we agree a hire is the right move, we'll confirm terms in writing before the search starts.
